A: We create a wide variety of custom woodworking products including; but not limited to:

• Hand-turned timber products

Q: Do you accept custom orders?
A: Absolutely! Custom work is at the heart of what we do. Whether you have a specific design in mind or need help developing an idea, we’re happy to work with you to bring it to life.

Q: What types of wood do you use?
A: We use a range of quality hardwoods including Australian native timbers (such as Jarrah, Blackwood, and Tasmanian Oak) as well as sustainably sourced exotic woods. Specific timber selection can be discussed during the design phase.

Q: How long does a custom order take?
A: Turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of your project. Most custom signs take around 2 weeks, while larger or more detailed projects may take 3–6 weeks. We’ll provide an estimated completion time when your order is placed.

Q: How can I place an order?
A: You can place an order by contacting us directly through our website, social media pages, or email. For custom orders we will provide you with a quote once you’re happy with the details we will send you an invoice when the invoice is paid the materials are ordered and we get started

Q: Do you ship Australia-wide?
A: Yes, we ship across Australia. Shipping costs vary based on the size and weight of the item. Local pickup is also available if you’re nearby.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: At this stage, we primarily ship within Australia. However, if you're overseas and interested in ordering, please reach out and we’ll see what we can do.

Q: Are your timber pens refillable?
A: Yes! Our timber pens are made with high-quality mechanisms and we sell refills on the website making them easy to maintain and use for years to come.

Q: Can I personalize a cutting board or sign with names, dates, or logos?
A: Definitely. We offer both Laser and CNC engraving for personal messages, family names, logos, and more. Just provide the text or file, and we’ll prepare a proof before engraving.

Q: Do you use food-safe finishes on kitchen products?
A: Yes. All our cutting boards and food-related products are finished with our product Black Bull board balm ensuring they’re safe and durable for everyday use.

Care & Maintenance

Q: How do I care for my wooden cutting board?
A: Wash with warm soapy water (never soak or put in the dishwasher), dry immediately, and oil periodically with a food-safe wood conditioner to maintain its longevity and appearance.

Q: What’s the best way to clean and store timber products?
A: Keep them dry and out of direct sunlight. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive pads. For pens or decor items, a gentle wipe with a dry cloth is usually enough.
